We have a little Easter tradition around here that I absolutely love. We do the Resurrection Eggs and go to church and think about the empty tomb, which of course is what this most special of Days is all about.
But in the middle of all the reflection, Easter baskets appear at our bedroom doors on Sunday morning, planted there by the same agent of fun who—in our household at least—also serves as the Tooth Fairy.
Yes, Randy knows how much his girls love surprises, especially ones that include soft toys and anything with the word “Reece’s” attached. This year, he customized our baskets with some favorite music—TobyMac for Molly, For King and Country for Lilly and, for me, Meredith Andrews’ latest CD.
I had something else scheduled for April’s Song of the Month. But when I heard the last track on my new CD, I had to put those plans on hold. Instead, here is “Take Me Back” by the lovely Meredith.

I have never heard this song, or the artist for that matter, before. I really like it! Thanks for introducing me to a ne artist 🙂

How very thoughtful of your husband, Lois. 🙂 I love this song. It’s so amazing that the Father’s arms are always so ready to take us back. Thank you. Blessings and hugs to you!

The whole CD is wonderful, Linda. I’ve listened to it so much the songs are on auto-play in my head now. 🙂 Have a good week, my friend!
